Chattanooga 2.0 Goes to v2.0

In 2015, a report was published citing that an estimated 80 percent of living-wage jobs in Hamilton County will require a two-year or four-year degree or some type of technical credential by 2025. The report also brought to light the statistic that only 38% of citizens met that requirement at that time. Understandably, over 3,700 Chattanoogans spoke up in concern regarding the lack of skilled workers available to fill incoming jobs in Hamilton County. In response to this feedback, the Chattanooga 2.0 coalition was formed.
In 2020, the new Executive Director enacted a new strategy of “Collective Impact.” Collective impact is a multi-sector, collaborative approach to change systems and solve deep-rooted community challenges. By building long-term alignment in order to address problems at their root cause, we can improve outcomes at the population level.
Widgets & Stone designed a new logo to help Chattanooga 2.0 turn the page and open doors to a new era.
