Liz Tapp, Collaborative Partner
Liz began exhibiting her artwork at the ripe young age of three: as a preschooler, her drawings lined the never-ending hallways of the house she grew up in. Coincidentally, three is also the age that Liz began playing the violin, which led to a short-lived career in the folk band Mountains of Moss (a story for another day).
Liz is one of the lucky ones: her natural talent and passion and profession have always been one in the same. After earning her B.F.A. in graphic design from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, she moved to Chicago, where she published an arts and culture magazine that she launched with friends from college. She also worked for multiple Chicago agencies on national accounts including Autozone and American Heart Association, before moving to California and later returning to the South.
