Almost 20 years ago, Bradley was the first official intern at Widgets & Stone. He puts the “remote” in working remotely: our long-distance collaborator lives in Iowa City, where he serves as an associate professor and area head for the design department at the University of Iowa.

Bradley brings exceptional designs and innovative typography to all kinds of projects. He most enjoys identity work: distilling a brand into a system of marks, colors and type, then understanding how it works together, as a unique system.

He’s found that teaching informs (and benefits) his professional work: the curiosity of his students requires him to consider and reconsider the way he approaches design, so his work evolves and adapts to best solve the problem at hand.
